Tools?

Jen and I spent part of this past weekend in Wilkesboro packing up stuff for the move in a couple of weeks. We enjoyed a favorite Saturday food of rural southern towns - BBQ Chicken. We also attended a tool shower. I must admit, after the pre-shower gift on Friday morning, I was a little concerned about this "tool" shower and the kinds of "tools" that I might receive. However, it was a great time. Thanks so much to the guys of the journey bible study for throwing the shower. I'm definitley more well equipped to fix anything that breaks or could break in the coming months.
On Sunday, we spent the day at Elevation (www.elevationchurch.org). Sunday night was a special time of worship and vision casting for the volunteers. Jen really enjoyed it and I was glad that she got to be a part of that time. Only 17 days left until the wedding, and I'm sure it will go quickly.
